The Wirral Food and Drink Festival 2008 will showcase the best of all things 'Home Grown', bringing together the region's finest producers, restaurants, chefs and farm shops. Taking place over August Bank Holiday weekend at Claremont Farm (Sunday 24th and Monday 25th August) this year's event is not to be missed, with a cheese and wine marquee, celebrity chef demonstrations, a childrens cooking area, live entertainment and much more...

The Ladybugs Picnic just miss out on two business awards. . . .

The Ladybugs Picnic were runners up for two awards at the recent Wirral Investment Network Business Awards held at the Birkenhead School on 6th June 2008. The awards are the Business Start up of the Year Award and The Janet Triggs Award for Creativity.

The response to the awards was extremely high with over 100 companies bidding for honours. It is for this reason that we are extremely proud of our achievement.
